These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products (n8n workflow templates) and services offered by Vesper ("we", "us") on this website.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Products

Templates are digital files (JSON) delivered by email after successful payment. They require a working n8n instance and third-party accounts/credentials, which you are responsible for obtaining.

3. License

• You may use purchased templates in unlimited workflows for yourself or your organisation, including for client work.
• You may not resell, redistribute or publish the template files, in original or modified form, as a template product.

4. Custom services

Custom builds are governed by a separate written proposal agreed before work begins. In case of conflict, the proposal prevails.

5. Disclaimer

Templates are provided "as is". Third-party APIs change; we will make reasonable efforts to keep templates working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
